Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of StackTask. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Accounts and Workspaces

You are responsible for your account, workspace data, invitations, team member permissions, and keeping login credentials secure. Workspace administrators can manage members, billing, and access.

Subscriptions and Trials

StackTask may offer a 7-day free trial. If you start a paid plan and do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected payment method may be charged. Pricing may include a base workspace price plus additional editable or administrator seats. View-only guests do not count as paid seats unless stated otherwise in the app.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the client, project, task, note, and other workspace content you add. You grant StackTask permission to store, process, display, back up, and transmit that content as needed to provide the service.

Acceptable Use

Do not use StackTask to break the law, abuse other users, attack the service, upload malicious content, evade access controls, or interfere with the stability or security of the product.

Availability

StackTask is provided as-is and may change over time. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every issue will be fixed immediately.

Cancellation and Termination

You can cancel billing through the app or Stripe billing portal when available. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create security risk, or fail to pay required fees.
